3. The collected personal information will not be provided or disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:
   (1) When the consent of the individual has been obtained in advance
   (2) When it falls under the exceptions stipulated in Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Law
4. When entrusting personal information to a third party for use, the Company will consider the appropriateness of entrusting the information in light of the status of safety management measures at the third party, and will provide the information after concluding a business outsourcing contract that stipulates the necessary matters for appropriate supervision, including confidentiality, and will conduct appropriate supervision of the outsourcing service provider.

When there is a request from the individual for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. of personal information, the Company will respond appropriately and promptly.

The Company will take reasonable, organizational, physical, personnel, and technical measures for the security management of personal information, and will establish regulations within the Company and strive to implement security measures to prevent and correct unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

Information Security Policy

3.
